Recently, we have newly discovered a fresh new model. His name is Pavel Nirsha, freshly turn 18 years old from Russia. While we are seeking for new faces, we do usually look for something fresh and new for the board at the same time keeping them within RAD's DNA. Pavel Nirsha comes in with a pure soul when RAD first meet him. He have this youthful energy yet giving out a positive vibe which RAD feel very bright about him. At the same time, he is also one that checking all the boxes for us and yet to be polished. He was having this youthful middle part hair in medium length which is nice but the hair was slightly weary and hiding the real beauty in him. He have quite a build body who give RAD the feel of a youthful military look would fits him effortlessly. So we decided to chop his hair off to have a fresh start of his modelling career. I love to play sports, I feel bad without it. I love to draw and do any kind of art.

I don't remember what was the last track I listened to, but I really like the work of the Russian artist - Scryptonite.

What is your biggest fear?
Realizing by the end of my life I did not achieve what I dreamt of or not fulfilling my goals.
What is your dream country to visit? Norway. I really like the beauty of nature.
If you weren't a model, what would you be doing?
I would become an entrepreneur and Vlogger. But even as a model, no one can stop me from moving in this direction.
What's the funniest thing that happened to you on set?
I don't have a lot of experiences on photo shoot yet. Hope there will be countless of great stories to share in the future.
If you could be on the cover of any magazine, what would it be?
It's trite, but Vogue. Still not much experience yet, would be grateful to see myself in any fashion magazines. Or Forbes would be cool.
What was the last thing that made you cry?
I watched some kind of sad movies, I might carry out the heavy mood even after the movie for awhile. I need time to let my emotions breath.
What's your favorite Fashion city and why?
I don't have that yet. I haven't been able to visit other fashion cities yet. So I can't choose.
Who are your idols?
Oscar Hartman, Conor McGregor and Amancio Ortega.
